AS: Quark Express 6 / Verketten von Textboxen

Hallo,

ich möchte zwei Textboxen miteinanderverketten.

Die LBox wird bereits Text enthalten. Bei einem "box overflows = true" benötige ich eine Verkettung zur RBox.


Hier ein Musterbeispiel:

tell document 1
tell page 1
set LBox to make new text box at end with properties {bounds:{37.2, 5, 157, 80}}
set font of every text of LBox to "Helvetica"
set size of every text of LBox to Kapitel
set style of every text of LBox to bold
set color of every text of LBox to "Schwarz"
set vertical justification of LBox to centered
end tell

tell page 1
set RBox to make new text box at end with properties {bounds:{37.2, 90, 157, 165}}
set font of every text of RBox to "Helvetica"
set size of every text of RBox to Kapitel

nein mit QXP 6 kann ich nicht dienen - folgendes Vorgehen verdeutlicht den Weg in QXP 4.1.

tell page 1 of spread 1
set tbxL to a ref to text box 1
set tbxR to a ref to text box 2
tell tbxL
set next text box to tbxR
end tell
end tell
end tell

Sollte in QXP 6 gleich sein?

erhalte ich einen Laufzeitfehler: Can't set next text box of page1 of document 1 to text box 2 of document1.

Fehlerbereich: set next text box to RBox

Die RBox ist ja auch in diesem Fall noch nicht angelegt.

Scheint so als ob ich die Verkettung noch nicht verstanden habe

Hm, sorry habe ich mich wohl unverständlich ausgedrückt! Im Normalfall hast Du in Deinem Beispiel die Referenz auf das Objekt Textbox xy ja schon! Ich wollte nur nicht das ganze Beispiel nachvollziehen undden üblichen Weg skizzieren - die Referenz auf Objekte ist im Quark schon recht wichtig ...

set LBox to make new text box at end with properties
Das Resultat der obigen Zeile ist die Referenz auf die neue Textbox, d.h. LBox stellt in Deinem Fall die Referenz dar! Dann wirds doch einfach:
tell LBox to set next text box to RBox

So geht es zumindest bis QXP 4.1 - aber warum sollte Quark das ändern? Die Anwenderproteste der AS-Fraktion, die auf hunderten Scripts sitzen wäre Quark gewiß

PS: Ganz wichtig - die beiden boxes müssen natürlich erst erzeugt werden!
